In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, UK consumers have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

To exercise this right, customers must notify Trendlox Ltd in writing within the 14-day cancellation period. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of returned goods using the original payment method. Original delivery charges will be refunded only for standard delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless goods are faulty or incorrect.

For hygiene and safety reasons, personal-use or hygiene-sealed products may be excluded from return once unsealed, where permitted by law.

Faulty, damaged, or misdescribed goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
